Bill has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a background spanning construction, ownership, asset management, site selection, and investment advisory. Early in his career, he owned and operated a construction company, completing residential remodeling and ground-up development projects in Dallas and Indiana. He has also owned and managed a range of commercial assets, including multifamily and industrial properties.Over the past 15 years, Bill has led two international commercial real estate offices and one regional office. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) and specializes in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, investment strategy, and site selection for both U.S. and international clients. Throughout his career, he has represented more than $500 million in transaction volume across multifamily, industrial, retail, and office asset classes.
His expertise includes site selection, underwriting investment opportunities, negotiating purchase and lease agreements, executing dispositions, and working closely with local and state economic development organizations to secure incentives and pricing advantages that improve project feasibility and drive long-term returns.
Bill and his team have worked extensively across Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, Arizona, Alabama, Kentucky, and Tennessee. He leads a highly responsive, mobile team capable of traveling as needed and operating across time zones to effectively support international clients with disciplined execution and a strong work ethic.

Hunter serves as an IT Specialist at WorldPoint, where he plays a critical role in aligning technology, operations, and client engagement strategies.
